AI consulting

AI consulting that ends in a working system, not a slide deck.

Most teams do not need an AI strategy. They need to know which two or three workflows are worth automating, what the build looks like, and how to ship it without setting money on fire. That is what we do.

The problem

The honest problem with most AI advice

There is a wave of consultants selling AI maturity models, transformation roadmaps, and Powerpoint workshops. None of it ships. Founders and operators are stuck between vendor pitches, half-baked pilots, and a team that already has too much on their plate.

  • Generic strategy decks that ignore your actual stack and data
  • Pilots that score well in demos and die on the way to production
  • Tooling decisions made by whoever shouts loudest in the room
  • No clear answer to: what does AI actually save us in dollars and hours?

What Ideaplexa does

What an Ideaplexa AI consulting engagement looks like

We sit with your team, look at the real workflows, the real data, and the real bottlenecks. Then we tell you, on paper, where AI is worth it, where it is not, and what to build first. The output is a build plan a senior engineer could execute, not a vision document.

Use cases

Where this shows up in real businesses

Operators picking the right first AI bet

You have heard the pitches. You want one outside opinion before committing budget and headcount.

Founders pre-build

You are about to build an AI product or AI-native feature. You want a sanity check on architecture, model choice, and what to ship in v1.

Teams that already tried and stalled

You ran a pilot. It half-worked. You need a clean read on what to do next instead of starting over.

How we work

The process, step by step

  1. Step 01

    Listen and map

Working sessions with the people who actually do the work. We map current workflows, time costs, and pain points.

  2. Step 02

    Audit and benchmark

We pressure-test where AI fits, where it does not, and what it would realistically save. Numbers, not adjectives.

  3. Step 03

    Build plan

A written plan with scoped projects, sequencing, stack choices, and budget ranges you can actually act on.

  4. Step 04

Hand off or build with us

Take the plan to your team, or have Ideaplexa build it. Either way, the plan stands on its own.

A good fit if

  • Operators and founders with a real workflow problem and budget to fix it
  • Teams that want a senior outside read before spending six figures on AI
  • Companies that prefer working systems over strategy decks

Not for

  • Teams looking for an AI keynote or maturity model
  • Buyers chasing the cheapest hourly rate
  • Anyone expecting 'AI will replace your team' theatrics

FAQ

Common questions about AI consulting

How is this different from a typical AI strategy consultancy?
We do not stop at a deck. The audit ends in a written build plan with scope, stack, and budget — something a senior engineer could pick up and ship. If we cannot point to two or three concrete builds worth doing, we say so.
How long does an AI consulting engagement take?
Most audits run two to four weeks of part-time work with your team. The output is a written plan and a go / no-go on each opportunity. From there, you either hand the plan to your team or ask Ideaplexa to build it.
Do we need to commit to building with you afterward?
No. The plan stands on its own. We will quote the build if you want it, but we are equally happy handing the document to your in-house team.
