Will it hallucinate answers?
Every reply cites the source — help center article, ticket, doc, or changelog. If grounding is weak, the agent escalates instead of guessing. That is the whole point of a retrieval-grounded agent versus a raw chatbot.
Does it auto-send or draft replies?
Draft-first by default. Auto-send unlocks per topic once accuracy is measured on real volume. We treat unsupervised replies as a privilege the agent earns, not a default setting.
